These are the chances I believe Jimmy & Betty have of becoming a couple, and later on in life, husband & wife. Please, I am using facts from the actual show. Don't blame me, blame the JN writers!
So how much of a real chance do Jimmy & Betty have of getting, & staying together? Well, to be honest, even I don't really think they stand much of one. A bit more than Jimmy does with say April the Gorlock, but over all? Season 3, specifically episodes like Vanishing Act (the “chat”), and Lady Sings the News probably canceled the idea of J/B happening out cold.
Now, don't get me wrong here- I would simply adore the idea if they ever became more than a simple crush of Jimmy's. Its just... after seeing episodes like the ones mentioned above, it'd be kind of foolish to honestly believe these two have as much a chance as say.. Jimmy & Cindy do.
Don't worry too much though, there's always the possibility the writers, & the directors or even the creator may change their minds, & hook Jimmy up with Betty in the long run. But at the same time, please don't get your hopes up too much for it. While its always nice to dream on the idea, its best to keep in mind the reality of the show's couple status, not just our fantasized versions of it.
